Add a review aggregation URL (monitoring source) to a location.

add_aggregation_url

Description

Adds a review aggregation URL (monitoring source) to a location. Use it to connect a new review-site profile for Birdeye to monitor and start tracking reviews from that URL. Returns the created aggregation’s id.

This is a write tool — it connects a new external URL for Birdeye to crawl. Confirm the location, source, and URL with the user before calling.

Parameters

Add this Citysearch URL as a review source for location 943967608.

Start monitoring this Yelp page for my Miami location.

Response Fields

Field	Description
id	ID of the created aggregation — use it with delete_aggregation_url
sourceAlias	Alias of the source it was added for
sourceName	Human-readable name of the source
sourceUrl	The URL that was registered

Notes

• Resolve businessId via get_child_locations if the user names a location instead of giving a number.
• Call get_all_aggregation_sources first to see which source aliases are already in use for the location.
